HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23-p114
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had recently slapped a nice new 1TB SSD in it. Plus 16gb ontop of that only to realize the fan isn't working nor is being detected by the bios. I Had swapped it for another fan just to make sure that it wasn't the fan itself that was the problem. Which The fan (I knew worked) Did not spin or do anything upon starting up the desktop. Did a CPU Stress test and a System board test for them all to pass (Despite the GPU saying it was at about 106 Degrees Celsius). Anyone else have this issue with this type of older system? Is there a way to fix without junking it? I'm trying to fix it up so that my mom has something to be able to access the internet on other then her Laptop of around the same age (which I have also Refurbished for her).

At the number of years it has been around, I am not surprised that it has reached it end of useful service.

Have you looked in the BIOS to try, if present, the fan always on setting?

It could just be the end of the road for the motherboard.
