Hello,
My memory card reader started acting out after 5 years of usage. It detects media all right, I can see the list of files, but when copying them, the LED is going off and on, and file transfer is extremely slow. I'd like to replace the card reader.
Does anyone know what internal reader will fit into the desktop case of my hpe-560z? Can it be any 3.5'' media card reader, or there are some specific requirements to pay attention to?
Thanks.

Thank you.
Honestly I'd prefer buying a 3rd party reader, but it looks like this part has somewhat special mounting - the tab on the left that I never noticed on other readers, and also the hole for a screw on top of it. Well, I'll stick with the original part.
