Example: Pavilion a6642p
Microsoft Windows Vista

Hi, This Pavilion a6642p comes with a Pentium e5200 CPU,  and id like to put a 4 core in it such as the Core 2 Quad Q6600 or the Q9650, as the IPIBL-LB board is compatible with these models.  I was told I need to update the BIOS before installing the CPU, and would like to know where to get the updates for older CPUs like this.  I would also like to run Windows 7, not sure it will run Windows 10, but the Vista has got to go. Thanks in advance.
