How old is the battery in your HP Pavilion X360 Laptop - 14-Dh2034nr (2Q219UA)?
On average, a laptop battery has a lifespan of between two to four years (give or take a 1,000 full charges/cycles). Chances are -at least in my experience, that if your battery is 3+ years old, you likely need to replace your battery.
The part numbers for your battery: L11119-856 or: L11119-855 ("Assembly-battery 3C 41W 3.6A LI HT030").
If you need to replace your battery, you can readily purchase a quality replacement for your laptop, such as this example: https://www.amazon.com/HT03XL-L11119-855-15-CS0073CL-15-CS0053CL-15-DA0014DX/dp/B0964TC1LS/ref=sr_1_....
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
