Pavillion All-in-One 20
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm asking this on a different PC because all 6 ports on my Pavillion20 All-in-One just stopped working.  I have no keyboard or mouse.  At first, it was only 2 in the back that stopped, then all 4 in the back went out, the the 2 on the side stopped working!  I can't put in my password because I have no keyboard, I have no mouse.  I have those wireless, but I tried a wired keyboard and mouse and no port works.  I have many pictures and files I need to access, this is so frustrating, how can I fix this?

I understand that the  HP Pavillion 20 All-in-One No ports working.

Disconnect the power cord and perform the below steps and check.

Please press and hold down the power button for 15 to 20 seconds.

The connect the wired keyboard and mouse check.
