My pc is not starting fan runs only 2 seconds when I tried to start it but the pc is not starting

Troubleshooting info for your sysrtem

If on for a few seconds there is not much that can be done.  Any "beeps codes" before the shutdown?

Remove ram memory, use air duster, put one stick back in and try turning on.  Be sure to to touch metal case before touching any internal components.

 

It the above does not work see if you can borrow a 90 watt power supply.  Take to shop that sells replacement power supply and buy the power supply only if it works.
