Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

I just upgraded my psu and gpu (a cooler master 460 watt and a zotac gtx 970) and my pc is now getting stuck on the blue hp splash screen.

The only beep code I get is for a missing cd/DVD drive

If you could please help me it would be much appreciated

Cheers

Max
