I need to upgrade my PSU (180 Gold) on a M01-f1120 Desktop to at least 400 Watt for a Graphics card. Thanks

If I had your desktop, then this is what I would try: the 400-watt power supply with p/n: L04618-800 or the 500-watt power supply with p/n: L05757-800:
This is based on -at least to the best of my knowledge [disclaimer], the 310-watt power supply with p/n: L64961-800 is compatible with your desktop, and according to this link, the 400- and 500-watt power supplies are cross-referenced with the 310-watt power supply.
I would purchase either one of the (potential) power supply upgrades via an eBay Seller who allows for returns if these power supplies don't work out.
