Product: Hp omen 25L
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I bought my son a omen 25L and it has been working great up until we had a power outage. Now it doesn't do anything no lights hard reset doesn't work. I have a surge protector and everything else on it is fine. Please help..

Hello
If absolutely nothing is happening, there is most likely a serious problem.
Contact your insurance to check what is possible!
Your computer definitely needs to be repaired
