Power supply enough?

My question is basically how many watts can I add to this computer without overloading the small 310 watt power supply?

I'd like to add an SSD hard drive and maybe an HDD hard drive plus a 75watt GeForce 950 GTX videocard.

not checked if you can add both SSD and HDD!
But this, certainly not a problem for power supply
I just have a doubt, the graphics card, it should be Ok, for the power ..
But I have already seen users, having problems with some old models, if sometimes disabling safe mode is enough, sometimes nothing to do it does not seem to work

This is a Windows 11 desktop is that makes any difference.

I'm also wanting to install a second hard drive but I'm confused how or if I can with this one.

No difference whether windows 11 or 10
You should be able to add at least one hdd or ssd hard drive!
but you have to check directly, the SAta Data cable may be missing and a sata power cable may be missing, and a HDD cage of course
