The problem came during the use of the original charger that failed, but I have a dell charger of 240W 19V/12.31A, can I use a dell charger? When I plug it in, the problem is that it can't start, it emits 4 beeps and a black screen?

The 4-beeps means the Dell power supply is not supported/compatible with your PC.
Below is the link to the parts list for your PC:

The power supply part number and description is:
AC adapter, 135W HP part # 482133-001
You can see if you can find a used but tested and working power supply on Ebay.
Search by the HP part number.
Or you can contact one of HP's authorized suppliers at the link below and see if they can locate one for you.
