Product: Pavilion 590-00057c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I know that there is a 400 Watt power supply upgrade available, but is there a 500 watt or better that I can use. The corsair cx 650 has 2 4 pin ports but I woul have to modify the case to make it work.

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

I don't believe a CX650 will work with your PC's motherboard.

 

HP does make a 500 watt power supply, part number L05757-800 (Link) that is compatible with your MB but it does not fit in your PC's chassis correctly.
