Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello I am wondering if I can upgrade the power supply.

 It has the  310 W SFF (Gold) supply in it but I want to pump that up to around 450 or 500 for upgrading my graphics card.  I am upgrading the ram and hard drive soon. This is my first time upgrading any computer besides ram so I don't know much. Any help would be a blessing
