Upgraded power supply to a 700w psi and no display shows up how do I get the display to work

Not sure what Omen model you own? Care to comment?

1) What 700W PSU?   and why sure a radical change?

2) What else was added to the system?

3) Suggest you revert back to the original configuration to verify you have not damaged the motherboard.
