According to HP's specs, your HP Pavilion TP01-3003W (318K3AA) as fitted with a Reno motherboard (SSID: 89B5) and a 310-watt power supply -please verify.
With your existing (310-watt) power supply, you could power a graphics card such as one of these: RX 6400, MSI RTX 3050 Low Profile 6 GB, GTX 1650.
You can upgrade your power supply with either a 400-watt power supply with p/n: L04618-800 and a 500-watt power supply with p/n: L05757-800. You can purchase these power supplies online, such as via eBay.
With a power supply upgrade, you could power a smaller-sized (dual fan) RTX 4060 with the 400-watt power supply, or a smaller-sized (dual fan) RTX 4060 Ti with the 500-watt power supply.

Excellent question: with your Reno motherboard (SSID: 89B5), you can upgrade your processor with one of the following: i7-12700, i7-12700F, i9-12900 or the i9-12900F.
Personally, I would pick the i9-12900 or the i9-12900F, but they are a little pricier starting around $250, such as this eBay purchase option from a trusted Seller: https://www.ebay.com/itm/205044013671?_skw=i9-12900&epid=22051898472&itmmeta=01JE2QCYYHCJNPV5V5EBJ5K.... You can get an i7-12700 / i7-12700F for around $185, like this eBay purchase example: https://www.ebay.com/itm/326347122050?_skw=i7-12700&epid=18063275538&itmmeta=01JE2QJD9Y13TFQY1XK6ECH....
Please be advised: DO NOT buy the "K", "KF", "KS", "T" or "CONFIDENTIAL" CPU versions.
