Product: HP ProDesk 400 G6 Small Form Factor PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Product: HP ProDesk 400 G6 SFF
OS: Windows 10 Pro - Ver. 19045
BIOS: R08 Ver.02.16.00


Problem encountered:
during use the screen goes black and all resources are deactivated: keyboard, mouse, monitor, lan, etc.
Energy saving settings are set to NEVER.
BIOS, operating system and drivers are up to date.
Already reset to factory settings.
Run all HP diagnostic tests with no abnormalities found.

Do you have any suggestions to try to fix the problem?
