Product: OMEN 30L

I recently changed a new OMEN 30L motherboard,  (Orisa_DoradoOC_6L_218444-2348.0DB03.0021)  but once I installed HP Assistant, it shows the following information  (same in the bios) :

 

Product number: Y0SRxxx  (in which most OMEN's product is GT11,12,13)

Serial number: 5CDAKxxxx

 

In result, I can't fiind the proper installation drivers and related support info.

 

Also, upon I laugh gaming hub, I couldn't get a full control of the lighting in all area.  ( I can only control the diamond shape light, NOT the front 12cm fan, NOT the CPU light / watercooler).  I saw on the internet, I can able to get a full control inside HP gaming hub.  May I know why ??

 

However, I can use a 3rd party software to control all lighting (OpenRGB)..
