@Ervida.,

Your HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-1811no PC (366M8EA) as fitted with an Erica3 motherboard (SSID: 87D6), is compatible with this 400-watt power supply with part number: L69242-800.

With this 400-watt power supply, you could upgrade your PC with a smaller model (two-fan) RTX 4060, powered by a single 8-pin PCIe power cable, such as this example:  ASUS DUAL RTX 4060 V2 Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database.

For RAM, your desktop can be fitted with up to 2 x 32GB of DDR4-3200 PC4-25600, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, DIMM (UDIMM), 288-pin RAM sticks.

Your PC is rather finnicky when it comes to picking RAM that will run at 3200 MHz and provides best RAM performance.

According to this link with actual HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-1xxx Users, the following RAM kits will get you the best RAM performance:

Hynix HMA81GU6DJR8N-XN 2x8GB
Samsung M378A1K43EB2-CWE 2x8GB
Hynix HMA82GU6CJR8N-XN 2x16GB
Kingston KHX3200C18D4/16G 2x16GB
Samsung M378A2G43AB3-CWE 2x16GB
Crucial CT32G4DFD832A.C16FE 2x32GB

The two Hynix RAM kit options showed best overall performance, btw. Avoid mixing RAM (different brand, model and capacity).

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
