RAM STICK for my OMEN 40L Desktop GT21 1304 Bundle PC (8R3T0AA)

I'm trying to find a compatible RAM stick for my OMEN 40L Desktop GT21 1304 Bundle PC (8R3T0AA). I bought a Kingston Fury Beast RGB 32GB (2x16GB) kit, but it doesn’t work properly. The system starts up, but it feels slow, and whenever I try to launch a game, it crashes after about 30 seconds. A diagnostic check also shows hardware issues. I need more space on my PC for better gaming performance, and I'd really appreciate it if someone could suggest what to do next or recommend a RAM that would work with my system.

Please understand that OMEN gaming PCs are rather finnicky when it comes to RAM and especially with regards to achieving max RAM performance.
