HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23-q140t CTO

I want to evaluate upgrading my Model All-in-One 23-q140t, Product NOX22AV#ABA Desktop PC.  My operating system is MS Windows 10 (64-bit), updated to latest MS updates, 22H2.  My processor is - Intel(R) core(TM) i5-4460T CPU @1.9 GHz.  The motherboard (packaging) is LGA1150.

I need to know what processors are compatible in this desktop PC to allow Windows 11 installation?

What other components need to be upgraded or replaced when upgrading the CPU?

Can the motherboard be changed out along with the CPU in an upgrade in this PC?

Is an upgrade practical to allow W11 installation or - is the purchase of a new desktop a better economic decision.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

There aren't any W11-supported processors you can upgrade to (needs to be Intel 8th gen core newer) and there are no motherboards with Intel 8th gen core or newer processors that would fit in your PC's case.

If you are interested in installing W11 on your PC as is, you can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11 22H2/22H3.

You have to use the version of the Rufus utility that I zipped up and attached in the discussion (v3.18).

If the in-place upgrade fails, you should be able to clean install W11 using the bootable W11 installation flash drive you made with Rufus.
