RMA / Warranty check fails for EX900

EX900 M.2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

EX900 M.2, not even a year old, having tons of issues with it and the check warranty tool doesn't even recognize the serial or product number.  Incredibly frustrating site to use to just send an email instead of using the pretty horrible virtual agents or thousands of links that just loop around to the same thing.  Someone please point me to where I can get in contact with support to get this SSD RMA'd outside of using their tool.  Thanks
