I wanted to know if there are any good options to upgrade the ram and/or graphics card. If someone could give me a link with ram and gpus that would be really helpful. My PC is an HP EliteDesk 800 G1 SFF

With your stock 240-watt power supply, you could power a low-profile RX 6400: GIGABYTE RX 6400 Low Profile Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database. Other options -though these cards may struggle with your low-wattage power supply: a low-profile GTX 1050 Ti: GIGABYTE GTX 1050 Ti OC Low Profile Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database, a low profile RTX A2000, or a low profile GTX 1650.
