what is the goal, a PC is and engine, and goals matter, is this a gaming goal?

what PSU do you have now. power matters first. as always.

I will  not answer for obvious RAM DDR>

nor same processors.

but Video yes.

what can you not do now with VIDEO card installed. a 3D fast game  $60+++ AA grade? or what?

The list is here. posted vast times even 10x  a day posted.

  1. must fit the x16 slot we use a  ruler. (hp does not spec, this space. so... we do using a ruler)
  2. must not overload the PSU .
  3. if said card is over 75watts you need GPU AUX cables to the PSU and if missing the card will be dead.
  4. not overheat the PC inside.
  5. not fail for UEFI issues, (some wild and unpredictable)

vast cards sold 12 makers, and 10,000 cards some short 1fan and huge 3 fans that can fail to fit.

the cards all have a data sheet that you read LxWx H and see if it fits your PC, no OEM knows what 10,000 do. ever.

and is  fast moving target CARDs, (evolution fast and huge sub models and features large)

NO warranty answers by me.
