What is yours TG01-2003w in over the list of around 180 machines from the following list

                  https://support.hp.com/my-en/product/product-specs/hp-pavilion-desktop-pc-tp01-2000a/model/210036777...

Probably they use SAME Erica6 motherboard:

              https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c07094657

1. RAM: For RAM you can upgrade to 32GB

  • Dual channel memory architecture (One DIMM per channel)
  • Two DDR4 UDIMM (288-pin) sockets
  • Supports up to PC4-25600 (DDR4-3200)
  • Supports 4 GB and 8 GB DDR4 UDIMMs
  • Supports up to 4 GB on 32-bit systems
    note:
32-bit systems cannot address a full 4.0 GB of memory.
  • Supports up to 32 GB (unbuffered) with two 16 GB DIMMs on 64-bit systems

For example : Crucial 32GB (2x16GB) kit

Crucial also says you can upgrade to 64GB (2x32) kit

2.  Video card : I do not know your machine (on the list and I can not read them all) therefore very hard to tell. Basically you need to know what is its current PSU (watt) with its existing AMD Radeon RX 5500. To upgrade to a new higher wattage card you need to add the difference watts to existing PSU to buy a new PSU.

Regards.
