Intel I3-4150 3.50 GHZ  8 GB of Ram I want to upgrade it to 64GB.

Depending on how many memory slots your PC has, the max memory per slot in any PC with the Intel 4th gen core processors is 8 GB, which means if your PC has 4 memory slots the max memory the PC will support is 4 x 8 GB (32 GB).

 

Two memory slots, 2 x 8 GB of memory for a total of 16 GB.

 

64 GB of memory is out of the question.
