Recommendations for a PCI Express USB-C card for an Envy 795

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'd like to add some more USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 ports to my Envy 795.   Just looking for advice prior to buying one.

I vaguely remember some conversation about Thunderbolt headers from last year.  Hoping that this doesn't hamper me too much.  Maybe this will be problematic.   

Presently, my system has one USB-C port on the front panel.
