Last Thursday I had given my laptop for a service at your centre!
1)
They said will check what's the issue and come back to you by Friday! Guess what no calls no message untill I call by Monday! Still under review!
2) after 5days they told me it's power ic related issue! And since they were taking time to do..I took my laptop back!
3) yesterday when I tried to attach my harddrive to another pc! Its not detecting! And when called and asked what was the problem and what you guys actually did the answer was will call you back!
4) tired calling so many service centre in the city most of them said we can't provide that service!
What am I supposed to do? Who will restore my data? What about my laptop?
Is buying hp products is a not good idea?
I want answer
I will be waiting for a reply!
