Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to upgrade my HP AIO 27inch xa0370nd. Everywhere i see they take of the speaker chin easaly and go on from there but whatever i try i can;t get the chin off so never can get to the screws to remove the screen to get to the parts. Someone can  direct me in the right way of removing the chin??
