You're very welcome.
Yes, it is easy to clean install W10 on a new drive.
Make a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below:
Boot from the installation media and near the beginning of the process, you will be asked what version of W10 you want to install. Select the version of W10 your PC is currently running (Home or Pro).
Then you will be asked to enter a product key. Select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and Windows will install and then activate after you are connected to the internet, since the activation servers have a record of your PC having been previously upgraded to W10.
If you had a PC that came with W10 from the factory, W10 would not ask for the version or product key since it would detect the W10 product key and version in the PC's BIOS where the product key is stored.
Looking at your PC's specs, there may be one driver you need to install and that would be the W10 IDT audio driver, which does not exist on your PC's support page.
So, if your PC has no sound or poor sound after clean installing W10, download and install this driver and restart the PC and the audio should work fine again.

The only way you can do that is to clone the existing hard drive's configuration to the new SSD as I had replied the other day.
You cannot buy a SSD that comes preconfigured with an operating system and drivers installed for specific model PCs.
