Hi, my graphics card has got  a very loud noise from the cooling fan. I am looking for a replacement card that will fit and work with the 180w PSU.

Hi:

 

The Nvidia GT1030 has the same 30W power draw as the AMD Radeon R7-240 your PC comes with.

 

It comes in both a fan and fanless model.  If you don't have anything in the adjacent PCIe x1 slot, the heat sink should have enough room.

You can look on eBay for used but tested and working GT1030's or even a used but tested and working AMD R7-240.
