I need a replacement motherboard for my computer. Where can I find one and what is the part number?

HP no longer provides the motherboard on HP PartSurfer: https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=BV564AA

 

I did find the motherboard (620887-001) for sale on ebay: https://www.ebay.com/c/141141922

 

It is used, but all of them that I found were used or refurbished.  You may want to find one that has been refurbished.  I didn't recognize any of the sellers.  This is why I went with ebay.

What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.
