Here are all of the components for your computer on HP PartSurfer. Look at the section titled "Power Cord" for the Part Number. You can order the part by selecting the box under "Add to Cart".

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
@old_geekster correctly identified the HP part number: 213349-009 ("Power cord (Black) - 3-wire conductor, 1.0m (3.2ft) long - Has straight (F) C5 connector (North America)"), but this part cannot be purchased through HP.
You can get a replacement power cable for as little as $8 via eBay: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=HP+213349-009&_sacat=0&LH_PrefLoc=2&_sop=15.
