Product: Pavillion p7-1270t
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

My HP Paviollion mpdel is p-7-1270t . It was built in 2012, it has  1TB HD and 8GB memory.

I want tp repllace the HD with 1TB SSD , What SSD is compatible?

you will have to check, but you should be able to keep the original hard drive, and add a classic sata SSD

you can choose the model you want (brand), but try this site

the mx500 is perfect I installed one on another model, it must work on practically all computers

Thanks for the reply,  I've been getting lately a message "1720 SMART Hard Drive detects imminent failure" so, I am checking my options in case the hard-disk gave up. i will check Crucial.
