Hello everyone! 

Disabled USB HP 200 G4 All in One desktop PC (new computer, no operating system), how to reset the BIOS settings?

I have already tried to remove the battery, when you turn on the computer, the message 502 appears on the monitor, but the USB does not unlock, the keyboard and mouse do not work.
