Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey everyone

I found an hp AM4 motherboard on ebay it is from the HP 705 G3 MT. A search showed that the hp 705 comes with the older A series apu's.

I have a ryzen 3 pro 4350G does someone know if it will it work in this motherboard?  Also does HP have any pc's that come with the 4350G pro installed?

Your PC has the AMD Stoney Ridge chipset, if I am not mistaken.  

If that is the case, you are stuck with the A series APUs.

If it was AMD Pinnacle Ridge  chipset, Ryzen processors would be a go.

 

Have you run CPU-Z or Sisoft Sandra to check?
