I buyed HP mechinical keyboard from Amazon named as MK400f

S/N: [edited]

But for some reason when i put sn no. for registering its warranty it says invalid product sn no. Is there any way or different website to register keyboards warranty? 

Yes i tired your AI watsapp support it shows support for only printers and desktops.

Yes Email support do not reply i hope to find some help here.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?

 

1.Exactly where are you entering the S/N on the global HP registration page, or a region‑specific one ?

2.Did the Amazon order invoice come with a separate “serial number” field, or did you copy the serial from the keyboard box/label?

3.What date did you purchase the keyboard was it very recent, or has some time passed?

4. Try entering the serial Number over here in this link : https://support.hp.com/in-en

1. On the link you provided below shows the same problem 
2. I tried S/N: which your website says is behind the keyboard or product and even every numbers on Amazon invoice.
3. Date of purchase: 2/12/2025
4. Did try regional while selecting India, as well still no use product is shown as invalid.
