Hello
Have you bought a new module and have a new one?
You indicate that it works with one or the other module on all memory slots?
But if you put both at the same time it doesn't work anymore, is that right?

Yes, all rams and slots work well when installed individually, old and new rams work well individually

There may be an incompatibility problem between modules in this case.
You probably have to buy an identical new module
I'm not sure a bios update fixes this, given the risk, I don't recommend it.
