Can someone help me in determining what version are the sata ports on my motherboard?

Motherboard model: Memphis-S

In searching the web, this was the best that I could find (but did not answer my question).

Hi:

According to the chipset specs for the chipset your PC's motherboard has, the ports are SATA 3 (6.0 GB/S).

Certainly the boot drive port is, and the secondary port is, if not all of them.
