SSD Died, unable to check warranty or RMA as HP webiste states my serial number is not valid.

HP Recommended
EX920 M.2 1TB
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

MY NVME SSD EX920 M.2 1TB died, suddenly stopped registering in my computer. 
I have tested other NVME SSDs, and they work. 

I want to RMA this ssd as it's relatively new (~1 year). But when i enter the serial number on the HP website, it states that the serial number is not valid. 


Please help me.
