I have a 1TB 5400rpm HDD and I want to replace it with a SSD. My laptop supports both NVMe and SATA M.2 SSD's but I have some questions that will help me choose which one to buy:
1. Is my laptop's HDD height 7.2mm or 9.5mm? I tried checking the user guide but I was left confused.
2. If I want a SATA SSD does the height of my previous HDD matter i.e. if my HDD is 7.2mm does that mean I cannot get a 9.5mm SATA SSD?
3. If I want a NVMe SSD, which length does my laptop support between 2242, 2260 and 2280?
4. Is there a limit to the storage space for the SSD in my laptop or I can buy any amount of storage I want?
