Does anyone know if it Is it possible to upgrade the 128 GB SSD to a larger SSD on an HP OMEN Desktop PC - 870-125st CTO?

It has 128GB TLC 1.5" SSD and 3TB of normal HDD

Yes, you can upgrade 128GB 2.5" SSD to larger (capacity) SSD and the followin products are compatible with your machine

       https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/omen-870-125st/CT11356968    (2TB)

 

This upgrade is very simple: clone then swap.

 

(a) Clone existing 128GB to new SSD,

(b) Swap old SSD and new SSD

 

You can use Disk Management to resize C: later.

 

Your machine also supports M.2 SSD but this is a different story.

Thank you,  I will keep your suggestions in mind for a future option.  I was able to clean up the drive and free up some space.
