@Ruffino , welcome to the Community.

What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.  There are several models in the 200 series.

Thank you for the additional information, @Ruffino!

Here are all of the components for your AIO on HP PartSurfer: https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?type=PROD&SearchText=WZ963EA

As you will see, the Product Number WZ963EA.  You will find the Screen in the section titled "Display".  HP does not have it available.  So, you will have to search online using the part #.

Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.
