Product: HP E23 G4 FHD Monitor

Hi 

I've been working from home and moved to onsite support now and during the process somehow the monitor got damaged while it was stored in the box.

Could u please advise I urgently need assistance getting this monitor fixed?

 

It's still under factory warranty.

 

Your help would be appreciated

Unfortunately, that kind of damage would not be covered by the factory warranty.

That type of damage is, unfortunately again, called customer induced.

 

That would have to be covered by your own insurance  policy separately.
