can i use second HDD for my Victus by HP 15L Gaming TG02-0901nc?

How specification i need for second HDD?

You can but must purchase the SATA cable of the disk can be a 2.5” HDD or SSD of the size you want.

In PC specifications Is:

 

Expansion Slots
2 M.2 (1 for SSD, 1 for WLAN); 1 PCIe x16; 1 PCIe x1

So, what specifications of HDD i need?

It is always advisable to look at the motherboard,  have three SATA ports available
