OMEN by HP 40L Gaming Desktop PC GT21-0000i IDS Base Model

I recently upgraded my C drive from a 1TB to 2TB. To do this, I removed my 2 TB D drive (henceforth X Drive), and inserted the new SSD (henceforth Y Drive) into that secondary slot. I then cloned my C drive to the Y drive. After cloning, I moved the Y Drive to the primary disk slot. I then reinstalled the X Drive into the secondary slot on my motherboard.

To summarize what happened so far, I cloned my old C drive onto the Y drive, installed the Y drive into the primary disk slot, and then reinstalled the X drive into the secondary disk slot.

After going through Bitlocker, my computer booted up just fine. However, it has been unable to read the D drive. It does not appear in BIOS or Disk Management, even though it was working previously. I did a hard reset of the computer, tried rebooting without any peripherals in, and removed my USB drive. The X Drive was already formatted with 1TB of data on it, so I'm not sure what to do now. Thank you for your help.
