Product: Pro Desk 400 G Desktop Mini PC

Hi,

 

 

 

I have HP Pro Desk 400 G6 Desktop Mini Pc. which is not powering on . I thought it has dust on ram so need to clean it . For cleaning of RAM i need to open Mini Pc nut It has a security Seal. If I Tampered That security seal then I can claim my pc in warranty or not. Because it has written a Security Seat not a Warranty Seal. Please help me out this.
