so basically i have contacted the support from my provider brsk, and we came to a conclusion that my pc is causing the slower speeds. We tested the speed from the same app but on my sisters laptop and that laptop was getting almost the full speed, 870Mbps from the same ethernet cable(CAT8).

so im not too sure what is causing this issue for me any suggestions would be nice.

@Damian37 , welcome to the Community.

I will admit upfront that I am not an expert in this area.  However, the only mention of cables in the description of your wifi adapter is CAT 5.  If you have a CAT 5 cable I suggest trying it.  Using a CAT 8 cable may cause problems.  I have seen stranger things happen in my years of using computers.  Things happen with no good explanation sometimes.
