HP Pavilion p6231fr Desktop PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I would like to know if anyone can help me I keep getting a pop up window message from windows, see picture.

It 'tis only recent since windows 10 have been up dated , I do not know if I am in the right place to ask this question.

I have upgraded my software through the website of hp  and through other means both places say to me that my drivers are or to date.

I do not have the regional CD and if it does not say what software I have to upgrade

The message indicates that it wants you to install the Full Feature Software (names vary by printer brand) for a connected printer.

You can (somewhat) control the incessant blathering (messages) from Windows:

Settings > System > Notifications and actions >

Switch OFF

  • Get notifications from apps and other senders
  • Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows

Whether or not the setting works for the printer message depends on the source of that particular message.
