The HP 590-p0053na utlilizes an NVMe M.2 SSD for the boot device. Crucial has an example here.
Are you using the 1TB hard drive?
There are 2 options for WIN 10.
1) Clone the SSD's. You will need an external USB enclosure for a NVMe device. Not a B+M device.
2) Do a fresh install on the new SSD. It will auto activate, so skip any Product Key request.
