Hi,
I recently got a new desktop with a 1TB SATA hard drive and a 1TB M.2 SSD. I have some questions about additional storage options. Naturally I can upgrade both of the existing, but wondering on additional.
When examining the motherboard, I noticed there are no extra ports for additional SATA drives. There is, however, a second M.2 slot, but it is located under the GPU. I'm concerned about the available space and potential heat issues in that area, with GPU.
Can anyone recommend a 1TB M.2 SSD that will stay cool and fit under the GPU? Additionally, am I correct in my understanding that there are no available SATA ports?
Thanks in advance.
